We had the pleasure of having Tim install the automation, integration, home cinema and IT systems in our first home build in 2010.

When we decided to build again in 2017 his team at Simplifi Automation and Electrical were the only choice. I actually had his name in bold on the top line of the specifications sheet I handed to the construction company when we began designing. His professionalism, knowledge and workmanship are of the highest quality. I trust both he and Phil implicitly regarding our AV, Automation, Integration, Network, Security, Access Control and Lighting systems. They are truly a great team to work with – DH

We have had a great experience working with Simplifi and Tim Simmons in particular.

About a year before we moved into our new apartment we met with Tim to map out our requirements. These included a fully computerised home management system, state-of-the-art entertainment, security and NBN communication. Simplifi managed the whole process. They selected the hardware, software and undertook the installation. Although they are a relatively young company, they place great emphasis on remaining contemporary and as a result are fully conversant with all the latest technical developments and their suitability (or not) to meet their clients’ brief. They are easy people to work with, personable and highly competent. They are also keen to establish lasting relationships with their clients and as a consequence provide very good after-sales care.

Tim & Phil at Simplifi Automation & Electrical have been involved in a full installation in our recently built new home.

Speakers throughout the house and garden, security, and the most incredible Media Room, which working with architect they have created the most discrete, understated and ‘kick ass’ ( can I say that ? ) Home Cinema.

Being a musician myself I enjoyed working with Tim and Phil, as they strive for perfection in sound and vision. There is a lot going on in our house ‘behind the scenes ’which I don’t want to know about or see, but I do want to experience great audio and visual, as our family does too.

We let them do the complex ‘stuff’ we just get to enjoy the ‘end product’, keeping it simple at the users end and visually discrete.

I have been working with Tim at Simplifi for a number of years now. Initially at a renovation of a 730m2 home, and then his expertise in moving valuable equipment into a new apartment. He is friendly, professional, but most of all knowledgeable in all aspects of the build, including (but not limited to) the electrical, automation, sound & vision, the look and the acoustic awareness of the space.

From the very beginning, I knew he was the right person for the job. He was very meticulous in planning the details for the build and able to advise best and creative options for what I needed. During the build process, he went above and beyond to fix up many issues which had been left behind from another electrical contractor. Most importantly, the end result looks and sounds amazing and is very simple to use. Tim was able to achieve the minimalist look and feel that I like and within the budget that was given to him – SY
